REGISTRATION

To register your child, select your preferred camp location and follow the registration steps on the online form. Because you will be concluding a binding agreement with us, we cannot do the registration on your behalf.

Please make sure you enter an email address you actively use, since all important camp communications will be sent by email. If you register or pay using Apple, check that your device is not using a hidden/private relay email address.

A customer account will be set up automatically when you first register.

Registration usually closes 14 days before the start of camp, or earlier if the camp reaches full capacity. Once the camp has started, registration is no longer possible.

Of course, but only with the permission of their parent or legal guardian. Please provide the e-mail address to which information about the camp should be sent.

As soon as you register, we will send confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it. Once you have received this confirmation, a space will be safely reserved for your child.

Our training concept is designed for boys & girls ages 6 to 15 years old.

Goalkeepers are welcome at our camps. Most training exercises naturally include goalkeeper participation. In exercises where there is no specific goalkeeper action, players will still work on important skills for the position, such as footwork, ball control, passing, coordination, positioning, and general game understanding. The final structure of each training session depends on the Real Madrid Foundation technical director.

No. Our camps are day camps, not overnight camps. The regular camp schedule is from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Players must be at least 6 years old to participate in the camp.

Of course. If your child is keen for a full week of focused soccer, then there is nothing to stop them registering. Simply enter “no club” in the Club field.

When you register you will see a box marked “Illnesses / special information”. You can provide us with the information there.

If registration is closed, please join the waiting list or contact our team, and we will do our best to help. However, once the camp has already started, registration is no longer possible.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Up to 90 days before the start of camp: 100% refund, excluding taxes and processing fees.
  • Up to 60 days before the start of camp: 50% refund.
  • 45 days or less before the start of camp: no refund.

Taxes and processing fees are non-refundable.

Camp Details

The uniforms are official Real Madrid Foundation adidas uniforms. Sizing and availability depend on the external uniform provider, so families should follow the size options shown by the provider when ordering. When in doubt, we recommend choosing a slightly bigger size. Uniforms are sold as complete sets, so different sizes for the shirt and shorts cannot be combined.

If uniforms are purchased in person at camp, we usually have child and adult sizes S, M, and L available. Different-size combinations are not allowed.

After registering, you will receive a link to order the uniform (normally 2 months before the camps start, in the spring).

You will receive an e-mail containing all of the relevant information about your registration about a week before the camp begins. Look occasionally in your spam folder as well.

Players should bring their official uniform, soccer cleats, a backpack, their own lunch/snacks, and a refillable water bottle. We provide fresh water in coolers so players can refill their bottles throughout the day. Please do not bring personal soccer balls to camp, as all training equipment is provided by our staff and this helps avoid lost items.

Families may let the staff know on the first day of camp. We will do our best to consider the request, but we cannot guarantee it. Groups must remain balanced in number, level, and overall camp experience. The final decision belongs to the coaching staff.

Lunch is not included in the standard registration fee. Players must bring their own lunch and snacks from home. In some specific locations, lunch may be available as a separate paid option, but only if this is clearly stated for that location.

We strongly discourage showering since we cannot guarantee any supervision there.

Parents do not need to stay during camp because players will be supervised by the staff at all times. Parents are welcome to watch if they want to, but they cannot intervene in the training session under any circumstances. This also applies during water breaks, snack time, and any other camp activity unless staff specifically asks for help or there is an emergency.

We recommend families attend the closing ceremony on the final day of camp. Families can start arriving around 2:30 PM, unless a specific location communicates a different time.

For lost, damaged, or incorrect-size uniforms, please contact the external uniform provider directly. Uniform availability and replacements depend on the provider.

Uniform sizing is handled by the external provider. Please choose carefully when ordering. When in doubt, we recommend choosing a slightly bigger size. The uniforms are adidas products and generally follow standard adidas sizing. If you need to request a size change, please contact the provider directly.

Players are covered through their parents’ or guardians’ health insurance, not through the camp. If an injury prevents a player from continuing to attend camp, refunds will follow the official cancellation and refund policy.

Payment

You can pay Via Credit Card. The transaction is securely processed through our payment provider, Stripe. Read More.

Unfortunately, our prices are so tightly calculated that we are unable to offer any sibling discount at this time.

If you choose the “Invoice” payment method, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail as soon as your payment has been received. This generally takes between two and five working days.

Cash payments cannot be accepted. A bank payment in advance is essential.

We are not currently able to subsidize individual participants. However, we recommend checking the website regularly and registering early when Early Bird discounts are available.
